Everything Udia Pods uses to sell, in modules.
One dashboard, one storefront and one order flow that serve the reseller, the store with delivery, the marketplace and the bar. Below, each module and its real status today.
- Live: in production now
- New: added to the system on October 1, 2026
- Coming soon: rolling out
Store storefront
Public page at /loja/sua-loja, generated on the server, with logo, banner and brand color, a photo preview on WhatsApp and an “Order on WhatsApp” button on every product.
Merchant dashboard
Account with email and password, anti-bot verification, store registration, acceptance of the terms, photo upload from your phone and approval by TriQ Hub.
Catalog and markup
Central catalog with photos and descriptions. You turn on the products you want to sell and set the margin for the store or for each item.
Orders
Order saved with the storefront price, never the price sent by the buyer, and separated by store in the database.
Menu, tables and tab
One QR per table, a tab that opens by itself on the first order, a pipeline from received → preparing → delivered to the table, and a billing policy chosen by the bar. Dashboard screens are being rolled out.
Your own WhatsApp by QR
On the Profissional plan, the merchant connects the store's number by scanning a QR in the dashboard and receives an automatic alert for each new order.
Online payment
PIX and card at checkout, with confirmation through the bank's callback. Today the merchant is paid directly: PIX, cash or card machine.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping quotes and tracking for deliveries outside the city. Today, local delivery is arranged by the merchant with the customer.
Kitchen printing
The table's tab printing straight to the thermal printer at the counter and in the kitchen.
Built like a banking system, not like a website
Separate services in Go and Rust behind a gateway, PostgreSQL with per-store isolation (RLS), and events written in the same transaction as the order so nothing is lost between one service and another.
- Prices and money in whole cents
- Photos are downsized on the phone and saved without GPS data
- Abuse limits: 20 photos per account and 3 pending stores at a time
