What the platform holds and why
This page describes the data that the system records today, based on the actual operation of the platform. It is a draft, as are the terms, and will be reviewed along with them.
Descriptive text, without final policy value. In case of doubt, what the panel shows and records applies.
Storekeeper account
Email and password to enter the panel; password confirmation and reset via email.
Store
Name, address (slug), orders WhatsApp number, logo, band, color, description, chosen products and margins. Uploaded photos are downsized and saved without camera metadata (such as location).
Acceptance of terms
Version of terms, document type and number (CPF or CNPJ), IP address and date/time. The document does not go to diagnostic records (log).
Menu and tables
Orders linked to the store, table and command, with status and totals. The table customer does not register: the QR code authorizes only that table. The IP address is used to limit requests per minute.
WhatsApp connected (Profissional and Completo plans)
Status of the store's connection with the Evolution API from TriQ Hub and the sending of each order from the storefront to the connected WhatsApp. The Evolution key is only on the server.
This website
Static pages, no third-party scripts, cookies or tracking. The server keeps standard access logs. Your chosen theme and language are stored only in your browser’s local storage (localStorage).
Public storefront
Anyone who visits a store does not create an account. The "Order for WhatsApp" button opens the visitor's own application; the conversation takes place outside the platform.
