Each table has a QR code. The customer points the camera, sees the menu with photos and prices and orders from their phone. The order goes onto the table's tab and shows up for the kitchen and the bar.

The policy applies to each new tab: changing the rule does not affect tabs already open.

Register the tables
Free name: “Table 1”, “Porch 04”, “VIP Booth”. Each one gets a link with a secure 48-character code.

Each order follows received → in preparation → delivered to table, or canceled before delivery.
Built for a full house
Account closure
The table asks to close, the tab stops accepting orders and the total is recalculated without the canceled ones. Once closed, the next order on the same QR opens a new tab.
A QR you swap
If the QR leaks, generate a new code for the table: the old link stops working, and the table, the tab and the history stay as they are.
Team with access
The owner registers the team, who handle orders and tabs. Only the owner changes the store mode, the billing policy and the team.
Prank protection
Limit of 10 orders per table and 20 per connection each minute, stored in the database: restarting the system does not reset the count.
Price always from the menu
Price and stock come from the storefront. The customer's phone does not send a total, so nobody can alter a value.
Parties and events
Each point of sale becomes a “table” with its own QR. With the “on the spot” policy, every order leaves the counter already paid.
The engine for tables, tabs and orders is already in the system. The table and tab screens in the dashboard, integrated online billing and automatic kitchen printing are being rolled out; until then, payment is received at the register (PIX, cash or card machine). See payments and WhatsApp.
