Retailer and reseller guide

Complete Retailer and Reseller Guide

The real and verified step-by-step guide to create your account, register your store, accept the terms of service, define your profit margin (markup), choose products from the central catalog and receive ready orders on your WhatsApp.

1

Create your dashboard account

Access for resellers and retailers is centralized in the TriQ Hub Retailer Panel. The panel is a lightweight and secure web application designed to work quickly on both your computer and mobile browser.

How to register:

  1. Access the official address of the panel: https://login.triqhub.com/.
  2. On the input screen, click on the option "Create account".
  3. Enter your email and choose one secure password.
  4. If the Cloudflare Turnstile intelligent security system is active, security validation occurs transparently.
  5. Click the button to complete registration. The system logs you in immediately and you are taken to the home screen.
Forgot your password? On the panel login screen, there is the option "I forgot my password". Simply enter your registered email to receive a secure reset link.
2

Register your store and define the link (Slug)

With the account created, you can register your first store on the form "New store".

Form fields:

  • Store name: The commercial or trade name of your brand (up to 120 characters). Example: Boutique Elegance or Mariana's Little Shop.
  • Store address (slug): It is the unique identifier of your storefront on the internet (up to 63 characters). It is automatically generated from the name in lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens (example: boutique elegance). You can customize it before saving. This slug will be the unique address of your storefront:
    https://seu-endereco.triqhub.com/
  • Requests WhatsApp: Telephone number in international format with +55 and DDD (example: +55 34 99999-9999). It is to this number that customers will send orders placed on your storefront.

By clicking "Create store", your store is registered in the system and you will automatically be directed to that store's management panel.

3

Accept terms of service (TOS)

Every newly created store needs formal acceptance from TriQ Hub Terms of Service before being able to select products and go live. This procedure guarantees operational compliance and legal certainty for all parties involved.

Doctrine of Neutrality (Safe Harbor):

TriQ Hub operates as a technology platform and business intermediary. The partner retailer operates with complete autonomy and is directly responsible for registration data, the compliance of the items offered in its storefront and the commercial relationship with its end customers.

How to accept:

  1. On your store dashboard, find the section "Terms of Use".
  2. Read the text of the terms in the scroll box.
  3. Select the Document type: CPF (individual) or CNPJ (legal entity).
  4. Enter the Document number corresponding valid.
  5. Select the option "I have read and accept the terms of use" and click "Accept the terms".
Immutable Audit Log: The acceptance is registered in the database with the version of the terms, type and number of the document entered, connection IP address and auditable UTC date/time.
4

Store Approval (Life Cycle)

To maintain the quality and security of the ecosystem, every store undergoes analysis before opening publicly on the internet.

Understand each store status:

  • pending (Pending): Initial status after creation. TriQ Hub management analyzes store information.
Important: while it is pending, you doesn't stand still! You can now define your markup, choose products from the catalog and configure your visual preferences. Only the external storefront awaits release.
  • active (Active / On air): Store approved! Your storefront is officially public in api.triqhub.com/loja/seu-slug, ready to receive visitors and orders, and your account has the ability to send photos directly from your cell phone.
  • suspended (Suspended): The store is temporarily offline (for example, at the request of the store owner or for registration clarification).
  • banned (Banned): The store was permanently disabled due to a serious violation of the platform's terms of use.
5

Define the Markup (Profit Margin)

The Markup is the percentage of profit that you add to the catalog's base cost price to make up the final sales price of your storefront.

How the system calculates the price:

The financial calculation is performed by the database with accounting accuracy in cents (without floating point distortions), using the following official mathematical formula:

final_price = ROUND(preço_base × (1 + markup), 2)

Practical example of an account in Reais (R$):

Example 1: Product with Base Price of R$ 100.00 and Markup of 30%

Base price in the central catalogue: R$ 100.00
Markup configured (30%): +R$ 30.00
Price displayed on your storefront: R$ 130.00
Your estimated gross profit per unit: R$ 30.00

Example 2: Product with Base Price of R$ 64.90 and Markup of 30%

Base price in the central catalogue: R$ 64.90
Exact calculation (64.90 × 1.30): R$ 84.37
Final price on the storefront: R$ 84.37
Your estimated gross profit per unit: R$ 19.47
Attention to 0% Markup: If you leave the markup field at 0, your products will be displayed at cost price and you will not have a profit margin. Always set a fair percentage to remunerate your work (for example, 25%, 30% or 40%).

Individual markup per product: In addition to the store's standard markup, you can also customize the profit margin individually for specific products on the product screen.

6

Choose products from the central catalog

Once the terms are accepted, you can now select the products you want to display in your storefront.

How to add products:

  1. From your store dashboard, click the link "Choose products" (or navigate to the products section).
  2. You will see the centralized TriQ Hub catalog with all products available for resale.
  3. Each item has high-quality photos, translated title, detailed description and base wholesale price.
  4. To place a product in your storefront, simply press the activation button (switch).
  5. You can use the search bar to quickly find specific products by name or category.
  6. If you want a different margin for a certain product, adjust the markup field specific to that item.
7

Customize appearance (Logo, Banner and Color)

Your storefront can have the look of your brand. In the section "Store data", you configure the following visual elements:

  • Primary Color: Through a visual color selector (or by entering the hexadecimal code as #0b6b5d), you define the color that will color the top bar, buttons and details of your storefront.
  • Logo: Your store's identification image, displayed at the top of the storefront with 48 px. The system automatically generates an optimized 512 px thumbnail for the storefront to open quickly on cell phones.
  • Banner/Banner: Featured image of the store header to give personality to the storefront.

Sending photos from your cell phone or computer:

When your store is approved (active status), the button to send images directly from the cell phone gallery appears on the panel. The panel automatically shrinks the image in the browser up to 1600 px and the server saves it in optimized JPEG format, removing privacy metadata (such as camera GPS coordinates).

While the store is awaiting approval, you can define the logo and banner by providing the link to a public image on the internet (address https://...).

8

Promote your store’s storefront

Once your store is approved, your storefront will be ready to receive customers and visits from all over Brazil.

Your unique address:

https://api.triqhub.com/loja/seu-slug

This is the official short address that you should put in your Instagram bio, in Stories, on business cards and in your WhatsApp messages.

Panel features:

  • Copy link: Copy the direct link from your storefront to your device's clipboard with 1 click.
  • Send to WhatsApp: Opens your WhatsApp with a formatted message ready to send to your contacts: "Look at my store, [Your Store]: https://api.triqhub.com/loja/seu-slug".
Perfect Social Media Previews: The storefront features automatic Open Graph metadata. When pasting the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram, the featured photo, store name and description are automatically displayed, attracting more clicks.
9

How the customer asks for WhatsApp

The shopping experience was designed to eliminate friction and close sales quickly through the most used application in Brazil.

The complete customer flow:

  1. The customer clicks on the link to your storefront and the page opens instantly on her cell phone.
  2. She browses through the product photos, sees the detailed description and the final price with her markup already applied.
  3. When deciding to purchase, the customer clicks on the button "Ask for WhatsApp" (or in the bottom fixed purchase bar on the mobile footer).
  4. The customer's WhatsApp application opens directly in a conversation with her registered number, containing a ready message:
Hello! I want to order [Product Name] (R$ [Final Price]), from the store [Name of your Store]. https://api.triqhub.com/loja/seu-slug/produto-id
  5. You receive the message on your cell phone containing the exact item, the sales price and the direct link to the product.
  6. You confirm availability, agree on the method of receipt (PIX, cash or card) and organize delivery.
10

Platform Limits and Rules

To ensure the stability of the infrastructure and prevent abusive reservations or fraud, the TriQ Hub adopts clear and transparent technical limits:

  • Limit of 20 photos per retailer account: Each reseller account can upload up to 20 custom images in total via the dashboard (for your store logos and banners). The 21st submission attempt is rejected by the system. Resending an already registered image does not consume additional quota, as the system recognizes the identical image by the SHA-256 fingerprint.
  • Limit of 3 outstanding stores per account: Each user can maintain a maximum of 3 stores with status pending (awaiting approval) simultaneously. This rule prevents created accounts from holding addresses (slugs) in an abusive way. Once the stores under review are approved or treated, you will be able to create new stores normally.
  • Photo size and format: Submission accepts JPEG and PNG files up to 2 MB and 4096 px per side. The panel itself performs intelligent reduction to up to 1600 px on your device before transmission, saving your mobile data.

Features Coming Soon Planning

We work with radical transparency: we only present features that are live and active. Some features under development that will enter the ecosystem in the next phases:

  • Integrated Online Payment in the Showcase: (Coming soon) Currently, payment is freely arranged between you and your customer via WhatsApp (via PIX, cash or your own card terminal). The automated online checkout module with payment via PIX and credit card directly on the storefront is under development.
  • Menu Module with Command and Table: (Already live) Restaurant mode with table by QR Code, tabs per table and order without registration. See Restaurants and bars.
  • Store WhatsApp connected by QR Code: (Now live, on Profissional and Completo plans) Connect your store's WhatsApp directly to the panel, reading a QR, to send confirmations to customers and receive table order notifications. See WhatsApp from the store.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need to have CNPJ to open my storefront?

No! You can start as an individual using your CPF by accepting the terms of service on the dashboard. If you already have a company, you can also register your CNPJ normally.

How long does it take for my store to be approved?

The registration analysis by the TriQ Hub team takes place quickly. While your store is in pending status, you can now access the dashboard, set the markup, choose all the products in the catalog and adjust your visual identity.

How do I receive money from my sales?

When the customer clicks on "Order for WhatsApp", the message arrives directly on her personal or business WhatsApp. You receive payment via the method you prefer: PIX directly into your account, cash or your card terminal.

Can I change my markup after it starts selling?

Yes! You can change the percentage of markup at any time in the "Store Data" screen or directly on the individual item. As soon as you save, the new prices are immediately updated on your storefront.

What happens if I forget to accept the terms of service?

Your store will remain locked to product selection and will not enter the team approval conveyor. Acceptance with document (CPF or CNPJ) is a mandatory requirement to activate the storefront.

Can I have more than one store on the same account?

Yes! You can create more than one store for different niches or brands, as long as you respect the security limit of up to 3 simultaneous stores with pending status per account.

Does my customer need to download an app to purchase?

No! The TriQ Hub storefront is an ultra-lightweight server-side generated web page (SSR) without heavy JavaScript. It opens directly in any browser on your cell phone and connects the purchase with the WhatsApp already installed on the customer's device.
