1. Nature of the Platform

TriQ Hub is a business intermediation platform that connects international sellers and suppliers to buyers in Brazil. We act exclusively as intermediaries, providing technological, logistical and financial infrastructure.

2. Product Disclaimer

2.1 Platform Neutrality

TriQ Hub does not manufacture, store (except in consolidation warehouses), inspect, or have any influence on the nature, quality, origin or authenticity of products sold by third-party sellers on our marketplace.

2.2 Intellectual Property

TriQ Hub is not responsible for infringements of intellectual property, patents, trademarks or copyrights related to products advertised by third-party sellers on the platform. Each seller is solely responsible for the legality of the products they advertise.

2.3 Customs Seizures

TriQ Hub is not responsible for seizures of goods carried out by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service or any customs agency. The import risk lies with the buyer and/or seller, as established between the parties at the time of the transaction.

3. Responsibilities of the Seller (Partner Retailer)

Ensure the legality of advertised products
Respond for possible violations of third party rights
Keep registration data up to date (CPF/CNPJ)
Accept the full Terms of Service before publishing products

4. Buyer’s Responsibilities

Be aware of the import rules in force in Brazil
Pay applicable taxes informed at checkout
Accept the delivery times informed for each shipping method

5. Registration of Acceptance

Every acceptance of the Terms of Service is registered with:

User IP address
User CPF/CNPJ
Accurate chronological timestamp
Version of Terms accepted

6. Administrative Kill Switch

TriQ Hub reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to suspend or remove stores, products or sellers that violate these Terms or current Brazilian legislation.

7. Applicable Legislation

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Jurisdiction: District where the management company is headquartered (Udia Pods Ltda).
