Activate restaurant mode
On the store panel, the owner turns on restaurant mode and chooses the payment policy: on the spot or when closing the account.
Register the tables
Each table has a name and a stable random code. The QR points to

The menu opens in the browser with products and prices from your storefront. The first order opens the table command; the next ones enter the same account.
The team monitors the states

With orders delivered or cancelled, the table requests closure. During closing, no new orders are entered; the total is recalculated without cancellations.

The customer registers via QR Live
First name, last name and WhatsApp; email and CPF optional. The registration is linked to the table's account and orders are entered there.

Waiter or cashier registers the customer via the panel; It is recorded who made the registration.
Confirmation on WhatsApp Paid plans
Registration and orders confirmed on the customer's WhatsApp by the store's connected WhatsApp, with resending if the message fails. In the Essencial plan, confirmation is not sent, and the screen warns you.
CPF protected Live
The CPF is validated; the bank only keeps a derived code (HMAC) and the last 2 digits, and it never returns the responses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the customer need to download an app or create an account?
Application and login, no. It reads the QR from the table and the menu opens in the browser; the QR code authorizes only the menu and orders for that table. Registering at the table (name, surname and WhatsApp) is optional and is used to receive confirmations.
How does the house decide when to receive?
The store chooses the payment policy: on time (each order is awaiting payment) or when closing the account (the command accumulates and the closing recalculates the total). The policy applies to commands opened after the change.
Does the platform already charge the customer?
Not yet. "Closed account" means account closed in the operation, not paid: receipt is agreed with the house (Pix, cash, card terminal). Integrated charging is in development, with no date yet.
What if someone photographs the QR and uses it later?
The owner or team can generate a new code for the table at any time: the old URL will no longer open the menu and create orders. Table, controls and history are preserved.
Do you have bulk order protection?
Yes: maximum 10 orders per table per minute and 20 orders per IP per store per minute, counted in the bank (restarting the service does not reset). Above that the answer is 429 with Retry-After of 60 s.
Who operates the orders?
The store owner and the team he registers. Only the owner changes the store's mode, payment policy and staff. The team's operational dashboard is under development.
